Terms of Service

The service

Finesse provides cloud cost visibility, anomaly detection, and savings recommendations for the cloud accounts your organization connects. Optional automation ("Autopilot") only ever acts within the permissions and policies you explicitly configure and approve.

Your account and data

• You are responsible for the credentials your organization connects.
• You retain all rights to your data. You can export it, and on termination we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You must not use the service to violate law or third-party rights.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Outcome-based Autopilot fees apply only to savings we measure and you can verify.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" during the pilot phase. Savings estimates are estimates until verified against your billing data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

Either party may terminate at any time; you keep the right to export your data first. We may update these terms with notice; continued use after notice is acceptance.
